Delivery Charges & Coverage

✢ Malaysia (Poslaju/J&T): Free shipping (Including West & East Malaysia) ✢ Singapore (Aramex): RM30 flat rate All ready-stock items will be dispatched within 1-5 working days after payment is confirmed. If there are unexpected delays, customers will be informed in advance.
“Working days” exclude weekends and public holidays. Kindly take note that we are unable to provide COD services at the moment.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your parcel has been shipped, the estimated delivery times are: ✢ West Malaysia: 1–5 working days ✢ East Malaysia & Singapore: 3–10 working days Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance, festive seasons, weather conditions, or customs clearance (for international shipments). A tracking number will be provided once the parcel is shipped: Typically before 8:00 PM, depending on courier pickup schedules.

Customer & Courier Responsibilities

✢ Please make sure your shipping information is entered correctly. ✢ Any delays resulting from courier issues, customs procedures, or inaccurate shipping details will not be covered by our responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the packaging and item. For lost parcels, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier and provide support throughout the process.

✢ 马来西亚(Poslaju/J&T): 全马包邮(包括西马 & 东马) ✢ 新加坡(Aramex): 运费 RM30(固定收费) 所有现货商品将在付款确认后的 1–5 个工作日内寄出。 如遇特殊情况导致延迟,我们将提前通知顾客。
“工作日”不包含周末及公共假期。 目前暂不提供货到付款(COD)服务。

配送时效

包裹寄出后,预计送达时间如下: ✢ 西马: 1–5 个工作日 ✢ 东马 & 新加坡: 3–10 个工作日 实际配送时间可能因快递公司运作、节庆高峰、天气状况或(跨境)清关程序而有所不同。 包裹寄出后将提供追踪号码: 通常会在当日晚上 8:00 PM 前更新,视快递取件时间而定。

顾客与物流责任说明

✢ 请务必确保填写的收件信息准确无误。 ✢ 因快递延误、清关程序、或收件资料填写错误所导致的任何延迟,恕不在本店责任范围内。

包裹损坏或遗失处理

如您收到的包裹有损坏,请于 24 小时内联络我们,并提供外包装与商品的清晰照片。 若包裹在运输过程中遗失,我们将协助您向快递公司提出申诉并全程跟进处理。
