Due to the material characteristics of fine silver and the nature of jewellery as personal wear items,
we are unable to accept returns or refunds. The reasons are outlined below:
1. Material Characteristics of 999/990 Silver
Our jewellery is made from high-purity silver (999/990), which is naturally soft and malleable. When trying on or making minor adjustments for comfort, the shape may change. Once altered, the piece cannot be restored to its original condition and therefore cannot be accepted for return.
2. Evidence of Handling After Try-On
Fine silver is sensitive to pressure and movement. Even light fitting or adjusting may leave subtle signs of handling. Returned pieces would no longer be in brand-new, resellable condition.
3. Hygiene Considerations
Jewellery items such as bracelets, bangles, and rings come into direct contact with the skin. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for any item that has been worn, tried on, or handled after delivery.
4. Natural Oxidation of Pure Silver
High-purity silver naturally undergoes oxidation when exposed to the environment or skin. This is a normal characteristic of fine silver. As we are unable to determine the environmental exposure of the item after delivery, returned pieces cannot be placed back into inventory.
5. Condition After Delivery Cannot Be Verified
Once a product has been delivered, it is not possible to objectively determine how it has been handled, stored, or adjusted. To maintain fairness and product integrity, all sales are considered final.

足银材质较为细腻，试戴、轻压或调整角度时可能留下细微痕迹或形变。此类商品无法再次作为全新品出售，故无法办理退货。
3. 饰品为贴身佩戴物品，涉及卫生因素
手镯、戒指、手环等饰品均直接接触皮肤。基于卫生与安全考量，任何已佩戴、试戴或接触后的商品皆无法退换。
4. 足银自然氧化属正常现象
高纯度足银与空气、环境及皮肤接触后会产生自然氧化，这是足银正常且不可避免的特性。由于无法确认商品在收货后的接触环境，因此无法将其重新上架。
5. 无法验证收货后商品的实际状况
商品送达后，我们无法客观判断其是否经过弯折、调整、使用或环境影响。为确保商品品质与交易公平性，所有销售皆为最终交易，不提供退换。
